fairly clean place, staff was superfriendly and efficient. the room was neat and budget, it had pleasant views. everything was very comfortable, even so a few employees were extremely rude. the setting of hotel was fantastic, to a mall. seafood restaurant big tuna fish co was located 5 minutes walk away.

We’d hoped for laundry access—guess they were on holiday too! the lights flickered like a dodgy disco, and the aircon felt like a ghost.

It was great being by the river and having lots of restaurants nearby. the room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and smelled great. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the quiet setting made it easy to rest and relax.

There was no lift in the building, which made it difficult to access our room on the second floor.

The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us when we needed car repairs. They allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby before check-in and even offered to give us a ride to pick up our car. The room was spacious and comfortable for our group of five. The location was also great, right on the river and within walking distance to restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated that breakfast was included in the rate and it wasn't just continental, we also had a cooked breakfast. the room was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and a great shower head. the location was easy to find and close to the highway.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the air conditioning system was making loud noises, making it difficult to sleep. the hallways were dirty and smelly, and the stairwell was covered in stains.
